Objective: observation Shugan Huayu Decoction clinical efficacy for the treatment ofblood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea, and explore its mechanism of action.Methods:60cases of qi stagnation in patients with primary dysmenorrhea wererandomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (30cases, oral Shugan HuayuDecoction); the control group (30cases, seven made oral Cyperi pill) are in four daysbefore starting medication, medication for seven days, the treatment of three menstrualcycles for a course. The contrast observed two groups of patients before and after thesymptoms and signs of improvement in the situation, and the uterine artery blood flowindex were measured before and after treatment, blood rheology indicators change.Results: Comparison of clinical efficacy in the treatment group than in the controlgroup (P <0.05); treatment group improve TCM Hou (blood less or poor by the line, thecolor purple, dark block, block pain temporarily less premenstrual breast pain, chesttightness, discomfort, etc.) was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05);uterine artery blood flow resistance of the two treatment groups were reduced thehemorheological parameters values were significantly lower, but the treatment group thanthe control group, each group of data compared with control group was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Shugan Huayu Decoction qi stagnation type primary dysmenorrheasignificant effect, dysmenorrhea patients with clinical symptoms and signs of significantimprovement. Its mechanism of action may be achieved by improving blood rheology,reduce uterine artery resistance to ease uterine spasmodic contraction. |
