Spuc Pregnant Women Resilience Level In Hospital And Influencing Factors Of Research

Objective: To adopt the method of questionnaire research hospital spuc psychological elastic current situation and influencing factors of pregnant women,using in-depth interviews,to further explore the real experience during hospitalization,to explore the protective factors of mental flexibility,explore its positive experience,provide the basis for improving hospital spuc pregnant women's psychological elastic.Methods: The first part USES the convenience sampling method,to mental resilience scale,the self-efficacy scale,medical coping style scale for measuring tool,212 hospitalized for eligible spuc pregnant women in the investigation.Using spss17.0 statistical software,using descriptive statistics analysis,spearman correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression were analyzed.Second part adopts the method of phenomenology study of 15 cases of hospitalized spuc pregnant women to in-depth interviews,interviews by Nvivo8.0 software data collection and analysis.Results: 1.Quantitative results:(1)In the hospital spuc patients psychological elasticity level is(59.71+12.25)points,divide the various dimensions of tenacity dimension respecti vely(2.30+0.53)points,optimism dimension(2.52+0.46),power,dimension(2.63-0.53)points,self-efficacy scores(2.48-0.53),medical coping styles each dimension score of face response(20.49+2.85)points,avoidance response(16.66±2.37),yield response(7.64-2.33).(2)In the hospital spuc resilience level and self-efficacy of pregnant women,in the face of response,withdrawal were positively correlated(r=0.69,p<0.01 and r=0.01,p=0.01;r=0.26,p<0.01),and negatively correlated with the yield response(r=0.30,<0.01).(3)The influence factors of hospitalization spuc pregnant psychological elastic for self-efficacy,yield response,culture degree and the way of conception,all the relevant variables can explain 51.4% of the psychological factors affecting elastic(adjustment R2),the self-efficacy,culture degree,the positive prediction conception mode,the yield response to have negative prediction effect.Self-efficacy is hospitalized spuc psychological elastic the main influence factors of pregnant women can explain 47.3% of mental flexibility.2.Qualitative research results: spuc real experience of pregnant women during hospitalization are as follows: sense of uncertainty;eager to care and support;psychological burden;accept the status quo and self-regulation.Hospital spuc pregnant women mental flexibility protective factors for optimistic positive attitude(social support,family support,peer support)and the effective ways to cope with the situation,risk factors including hospitalization spuc negative psychology and negative coping styles.Conclusion:(1)In the hospital spuc pregnant women resilience level needs to be improved,nursing staff should pay attention to this kind of crowd psychological elastic condition,strengthen the psychological guidance to it.(2)Clinical nurses should pay attention to the influence factors of hospitalization spuc pregnant psychological elastic,mining,and improve their internal positive psychology,support,family care and guidance to take positive and effective way to cope with the situation,in order to promote spuc patients psychological elasticity,conducive to the recovery of disease.
