| Background:Hypertension,as one of the most common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,is characterized by unapparent symptoms in early stage,long duration,complex etiology,harmful complications,and heavy economic burden,it has become one of the major diseases that endanger human health today.The global prevalence rate has increased year by year.As a kind of psychosomatic disease,changes in mood is one of the important factors that induce hypertension.With the increasing of age,the physical function of the elderly is declining,and due to sudden changes in the living environment,social roles,social status,and family status,various psychological symptoms are prone to occur.Physical and mental diseases interact and even promote each other.Shandong Province as a province with a large population and high prevalence of hypertension,the mental health of elderly patients with hypertension can not be ignored.Therefore,we should understand the mental health of elderly hypertensive patients and its influencing factors,to carry out targeted education and guidance,which is of practical significance for improving the therapeutic effect of elderly hypertensive patients and improving the quality of life of patients.Object:This study aims to understand the disease characteristics of elderly patients with hypertension,and to analyze the patient's mental health status and influencing factors,in order to provide a basis for improving the mental health of elderly patients with hypertension,and set out patient psychological records,so as to improve the treatment quality of elderly patients with hypertension,improve the mechanism of prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly.Data and Methods:We used multi-stage stratified random sampling method in this study.First,according to the level of social and economic development and the location,a simple random sampling method is used to extract three prefecture-level cities of Weihai,Weifang,and Heze,and sample districts and sample counties are randomly selected from each prefecture-level city.Finally,a systematic sampling method is used to extract certain a qualified number of elderly people were surveyed as a survey object.Epidata software was used for data entry and SPSS22.0 was used for data analysis.Main Results:1.Among the surveyed elderly,44.2%were hypertensive patients,69.2%patients were normotensive after treatment,and 69.9%patients were with good self-induction and control of blood pressure.2.K10 scores of 10-19 accounted for 74.7%points;20?24 accounted for 11.7%;25?29 accounted for 6.6%;30?50%accounted for 7.0%in this study.3.The influencing factors of mental health status of elderly hypertensive patients are gender,frequency of exercise,self-evaluation economic abundance,poverty-stricken households or low-income families,owing money,the effect of self-influenced blood pressure control,accepting health guidance,personality,and the satisfaction of interpersonal relationships,having close friend,and daily communications with children.Specifically,women,occasional exercise,self-assessed economically poor,poor households or families with difficulties,arrears,poor self-inflationary blood pressure control,health guidance,introvert,general or dissatisfaction with interpersonal relationships,who have no good friends and who do not communicate with their children routinely have poor psychological conditions.Countermeasures and Suggestions:1.Carry out publicity and education on mental health actively,improve the cognitive level of elderly hypertensive patients.2.Strengthen the training of grass-roots medical personnel,improve community mental health services.3.Improve the treatment and protection system for chronic diseases,effectively relieve economic pressure.4.Create a harmonious family atmosphere and develop peer support education,to build confidence to overcome disease.5.Elderly hypertensive patients should start from their own and maintain a good attitude. |
