The Clinical Reasearch Of Application Of Autologous Drainage Blood Transfusion In Bilateral Total Knee Replacement

Objective:To study the clinical effects of application of autologous drainage blood tranfusion in bilateral total knee arthoplasty.Methods:In this study,cases were from the guangzhou first people's hospital between september 2014 and june 2017,admitted 30 patients with bilateral total knee arthroplasty by the same doctor and use the autologous drainage blood reinfusion in patients treated.Through the blood of patients with postoperative drainage,transfusion bacek volume,the volume of allogeneic blood transfusion data were analyzed with a view to explore the autolougous blood transfusion of the efficacy,safety,and at the same time the effect of autologous blood transgusion in the Bilateral Total Knee Replacement related issues are discussed.Results:In this study,all 30 cases.The average volume of autologous blood transfusion was 364 ml,the average totalvolume of drain output was 758 ml,and the total amount of transfusion was 48%,the average hidden hemorrhage was 926 ml,the average Allogeneic blood transfusion was 250 ml,and the rate of allogeneic blood transfusion was 50%.the parient's venous blood HB?RBC?HCT in the postoperative day 1?3?7 were delicined obviously compared with preoperative,and postoperative day 3 the number reach the lowest,compared with preoperative were significantly different(p<0.05).the serum level of pttassium?calcium and bilirubin are within normal limits.erythrocyte is complete under the miscroscope,fragmentaed red cells were not boserved,the drainage blood's HB?RBC?HCT were delicined obviously compared with preoperative,and were significantly different(p<0.05).the serum level of bilirubin Bilirubin three items are within normal limits.Back to all patints with blood transfusion and no case such as fever,allergies?hemolytic jaundice,adverse reactions arising in the course.Conclusion:Autologous blood transfusion in one-stage operation Bilateral Total Knee Replacement is safe and effective,can be effectivly reduce allogeneic blood input,avoid complicationgs,it should be Worthy of further popularization and Application...
