Results:the patients of the same period bilateral knee replacement surgerywas129,the patients of installments bilateral knee replacement surgerywas33.Preoperative complications with patients compared installmentsbilateral knee replacement surgery as same as the same period bilateralknee replacement surgery,P<0.05,considered no statisticallysignificant. But age, body mass index, and duration were not significantdifference between the two groups,P<0.05,considered no statisticallysignifican. The hospital days compared installments bilateral kneereplacement surgery to the same period bilateral knee replacementsurgery was longer,P<0.01,considered statistically significant. The totalamount of blood transfusion for the same period bilateral kneereplacement surgery group was significantly more than installmentsbilateral knee replacement surgery group,P<0.01,considered statisticallysignificant. The total operation time of the two groups of patients nosignificant difference,P>0.05,considered no statistically significan.Thebefore and one year after surgery of HSS score of the two groups ofpatients not significant difference,P>0.05,considered no statisticallysignifican. The incidence of complications of the cardiovascular systemfor the same period bilateral knee replacement surgery group was higerthan installments bilateral knee replacement surgery group.the incidenceof periprosthetic infection need to be renovated and poor mechanicalproperties for the same period bilateral knee replacement surgery groupwas less than installments bilateral knee replacement surgery group. Conclusion:The number of patients with OA in sex there are some differences, the women,,,was significantly more than men,. the same period bilateralknee replacement surgery group and installments bilateral kneereplacement surgery group have the same surgical safety and postoperative clinical results.
