Objective:To compare the effects of two kinds of video education methods on health care,the degree of coronary heart disease-related knowledge,the degree of anxiety,the quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing patients during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)Effect of Mobile Video Education on Health Education in Patients with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.Methods:Choose in March 2016 in October 2016 in Chengdu,a top three hospital cardiovascular disease ward to accept PCI treatment in line with the inclusion criteria of 120 patients with hospitalized coronary heart disease.52 males and 68 females,aged 46 to 74 years,mean 66.09 years old.Outpatients in the treatment of patients who need PCI treatment in line with the inclusion criteria,the use of randomized controlled study method,random treatment in the heart of a card and heart two subjects.60 patients admitted to the heart of a department of the Tablet PC group,admitted to the heart of the two subjects of 60 patients for the desktop computer group.Nurses in the routine health education on the basis of the work,the desktop computer group: in the nurses station configuration computer display scrolling professional nursing health education content,in the hospital health education introduced patients to watch;Tablet PC group: the use of tablet computer Screen selection health education menu to play health education content,nurses during the ward tour to guide patients to play their own.The health education effect of the two groups was compared between the two groups of patients on the first day of hospitalization and the day of discharge.The results were compared with those of the two groups.The results showed that the two groups of patients were treated with coronary heart disease related questionnaires,the Seattle Heart Syndrome Questionnaire,the State Trait Anxiety Scale and the Hospital Homemade Nursing Satisfaction Questionnaire.SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the data of the study.The measurement data were expressed by ?x± s.The count data were expressed by the composition data.The two groups were compared with the two samples.The two groups were compared with each other.The test level ? = 0.05,with P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:There was no significant difference between the Tablet PC group and the desktop computer group in the general data,course of disease and the combined disease collected on the day of admission(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in coronary heart disease-related knowledge,quality of life and anxiety between the two groups(P>0.05).(1)the degree of knowledge of patients,Tablet PC group score 36.03 ± 1.45,desktop computer group score 32.83 ± 1.37,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Tablet PC Group scores higher than desktop computers.Tablet PC group had significant difference between the eight dimensions of coronary heart disease,risk factors,predisposing factors,clinical manifestations,examination methods,treatment methods,drug knowledge and secondary prevention(P<0.05),Tablet PC group The score is higher than the desktop computer group.(2)There was significant difference in quality of life(SAQ)between the two groups(P<0.05),and the score of Tablet PC group was higher than that of desktop computer group.There were significant differences in the two dimensions of treatment satisfaction and disease awareness(P<0.05),and the score of Tablet PC group was higher than that of desktop computer group.(3)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of the Tablet PC group was lower than that of the desktop computer group.(4)There was significant difference between the two groups in the nursing satisfaction(P<0.05),and the score of the Tablet PC group was higher than that of the desktop computer group.Conclusion: Compared with the desktop computer to play health education content,the application of Tablet PC to PCI patients to touch their own screen to choose health education content,and enhance the patient to participate in their own health management initiative,the patient can be targeted to make up for their own health education knowledge,Better improve the knowledge of coronary heart disease,promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients,reduce the degree of anxiety and improve patient satisfaction with care services,worthy of clinical promotion.
