Exploration On The Mode And Implementation Path Of Medical-nursing Combined In China

In the face of the gradual deepening of China's aging society,the number of disability and semi disabled elderly population is increasing,the traditional family pension service has been difficult to meet the needs of the elderly people,especially the majority of elderly,sick elderly need medical treatment,disease prevention,health counseling,rehabilitation guidance and other medical services,pension issues become the social concerns and hot issues of livelihood.In 2013,China proposed the concept of medical-nursing combined firstly,the medical-nursing combined is the solution to the future development trend of China's pension services,but also is innovative model to ensure the health care for the elderly.However,in the process of practice,the medical-nursing combined of our country's is not perfect,the lack of specialized nursing talents,the shortage of funds and so on are both the difficulties for China,It is an important factor for the research of this paper to put forward suggestions for optimizing the existing models.Based on the theory of human rights,the theory of welfare economics and the theory of multivariate subject participation.In view of the current situation and operation mode of the combination of medical and health care in China,Combined with the difficulties encountered in the trial promotion process,the optimal path of the combination of medical and health management mode is put forward,and providing suggestions for the government to further promote the medical-nursing combined.This paper is composed of six parts.Firstly,On the basis of the related concepts and theoretical basis of the combination of medical and health care and Starting with the current situation of China's aging,put forward the realistic background of the development of the combination mode of medical support.The Second is State and local governments provide strong support,the reform of medical and health service provide the advantageous conditions,at the same time outline of the National Health PlanningCommission to promote the future of the four types of medical support combined model.The example of the pension institutions and Chao Yang community in Beijing introduces the typical cases of the four models and the successful experiments.however,the development of the model of medical support is facing many difficulties.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development of the combination mode of medical and health care in China,such as Coordinating the related departments,Setting up the first responsibility department,Improving the top-level system design,Establishing the evaluation system of the health status of the aged,introducing social capital and social forces to the pension industry,realizing the diversified financing model.From three angles of state,industry and school,school cultivate professional nurses,Pension institutions improve personnel management system,and establish of long term care insurance system and contracted family doctor system,in order to Promote the development of medical-nursing combined.
