Study On The Combination Of Medical And Nursing Services In Shenyang

In recent years,the aging population in Shenyang has continued to grow,and the aging of the population has also brought a series of health problems,more and more elderly people suffer from chronic diseases and disability,and more and more elderly people have a higher quality demand for medical services,this has created significant pressure on the health care system and the pension system.In order to improve the service level of pension institutions,it must be on the medical support combined with the road,the combination of medical and health care is a new hope to solve the problem of pension and medical treatment,but also a new way to optimize the pension and medical resources.The study takes Shenyang city as an example,the selection of pension institutions in three different Shenyang city as the research object,through case method and interview method to investigate the status of medical service pension institutions,the nature and scale,and keep staff occupancy,medical facilities and medical service level,service team,fees for analysis on the mechanism,find the existing problems and the causes of pension institutions of medical service,and come up with the relevant countermeasure.This study consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which introduces the research question consciousness,the domestic and foreign research summary,the research mentality,the research method,the innovation as well as the difficulty.The second chapter is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.This paper explains the definition of pension service,medical service and medical support,as well as the theory of welfare pluralism theory and public goods theory.The third chapter is a case study of the three pension institutions in Shenyang,which describes the current situation of the combination of medical and nursing services.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the problems existing in the combination of medical and nursing services in Shenyang,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fifth chapter describes the experience of foreign developed countries and the enlightenment.The sixth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems existing in the combination of the service of the medical institutions in Shenyang.In this study,it can be considered from four aspects to improve the medical support service of the pension institutions.First of all,to improve the level of medical institutions;secondly,we should pay attention to the cultivation of the talents of pension service;thirdly,to reduce the cost of medical support services;Finally,to encourage the participation of social forces.
