| Objective:1.Through the use of Huoxuetongluo liniment in the treatment of soft tissue injury of rats observed the recovery results,and to observe the tissue,to observe the edema,deformation or micronecrosis recovery,and inflammatory substances change.2.Through the use of Huoxuetongluo liniment rubbed for the treatment of patients with acute soft tissue injury,observe the patient's recovery,including swelling subsided,pain score and therapeutic effect.Methods:1.Clinical Research: 100 clean grade Whistar rats were selected from the experimental animal center of our school,and the body weight was(220 + 20)g,50 magnetic rats and 50 male rats.Methods 100 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,control group and treatment group with 25 rats in each group.Before making model,in the laboratory to adapt to a week,after making model,observe the recovery of rats,and in the 1,3,7 days of the model using optical microscope to observe the injured part of the rat.2.Experimental Starty: 80 cases of acute closed soft tissue injury patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group and Huoxue Tongluo liniment topical,control group group was treated with Keshangtong liniment,respectively in the treatment of 3,5,7 days on the swelling of the affected patients subsided,pain relief and treatment effects were evaluated and compared.Results: Clinical Research1 showed:1.1After the model,the injured part of the rapid swelling,and the emergence of subcutaneous bleeding,the most serious cases of the model within one day.The third day the symptoms and the first day,were relieved in the treatment group,alleviate the biggest swelling of the injured rat begins to fade,skin ecchymosis also fade,the relief amplitude control group secondly,the rats were swelling and ecchymosis remission status than treatment group,model group relief the smallest,the rats swelling and ecchymosis only slightly relieved.The seventh day,the rats in the treatment group recovered completely,the rats in the control group has been largely restored,only a small part of the rats had slight swelling and ecchymosis,compared with treatment group and control group.The recovery status of the model group was slower.By statistical analysis,the treatment group and the control group first,3,7 days,there were significant differences(P<0.05),while the model group did not exist,in addition,the treatment group and control group,treatment group and model group,model control group,in the recovery of the same time there are significant differences(P<0.05).1.2.Third days after modeling,the rats in the treatment group than in the mild degree of tissue congestion and edema,and muscle fiber degeneration and tissue with a rat in the muscle stroma and muscle fiber vascular invasion more neutrophils.In control group,the rats were mostly in moderate congestion and edema,and all the rats showed the degeneration of muscle fibers.After statistical analysis,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The rat model group showed severe hyperemia and edema,and all rats were accompanied by necrosis of muscle fibers,and the emergence of a large number of hyaline degeneration and necrosis of muscle fibers,the transverse striation disappeared,a large number of neutrophil infiltration.Compared with the control group and the control group,there were significant differences between the control group and the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Seventh days after modeling,the treatment group and the control group rats were basically recovered completely,edema,muscle fiber deformation,necrosis and neutrophil infiltration conditions were not obvious,and the recovery of the two groups of rats had no significant difference(P>0.05),compared with the treatment group and control group,model group and subcutaneous among the muscle fibers,a moderate edema of muscle fiber degeneration and necrosis,some fibers showed hyalinization,neutrophil infiltration still more;control group,treatment group and model group compared with significant difference(P<0.05).2.Experimental Starty showed:2.1Third days of treatment of the patients in the treatment group affected swelling began to ease,the control group also eased,but the control group of patients with no remission status in treatment group was two patients,and the statistical analysis,there are differences between the ancestors(P<0.05);fifth days of treatment,the treatment group of patients with sore swelling slightly swelling was not obvious,only a small part of patients affected significantly,swelling control groups were significantly alleviated,but compared with the treatment group,significant difference(P<0.05);seventh days of treatment,the patients in the treatment group were recovered from the control group,there is still a small part of patients affected are swelling,and the two groups the patients had significant difference(P<0.05).2.2 Third days of treatment,all the patients in the treatment group affected the pain eased the pain of the patients in the treatment group,the affected area is also improved,but still there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);fifth days of treatment,the pain of all the patients in the treatment group in the affected area is not obvious,while the control group affected pain in most patients it is not obvious,but there are still some pain patients,two groups of patients with significantly different(P<0.05);seventh days of treatment,all the patients in the treatment group affected the pain completely disappeared,while the control group still feel a little pain,by comparison,there was significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05).2.3 Third days of treatment,the patients in the treatment group were no cure patients,22 cases were markedly effective,18 cases ineffective,the control group and no patients,15 cases were markedly effective,25 cases ineffective,two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);fifth days of treatment,the treatment group 15 cases were cured,25 cases of patients with disease the situation has eased,and none of the patients is invalid,the control group of 6 cases were cured,26 cases of patients in remission,8 patients had no effect,two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);seventh days of treatment,the treatment group patients were cured,patients in the control group 32 cases were cured,5 cases were cured,no results 3 cases were with significant differences were compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Huoxuetongluo agent can significantly improve the rat tissue congestion,edema,dilute the skin ecchymosis,reduce neutrophil infiltration,reduce the injury index score.2.Huoxuetongluo agent can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute soft tissue injury,eliminate swelling,ecchymosis,tenderness,function returned to normal,the effect is better than the control group. |
