| Soft tissue injury is one of the more common clinical diseases, due to physical labour. Athletes will often come across a variety of soft tissue injury, although there are an abundant means of modern medicine, the use of physical therapy and oral medication are widely employed, but its efficacy is often poor. The Chinese medicinal treatment of soft tissue injury has its unique features, including topical and massage techniques in the treatment of acute and chronic soft tissue injury with the exact results. Its mechanism and anti-leakage, improve microcirculation, spasm and pain inhibition on collagen synthesis are explored. The researcher with many years of clinical experience, through the use of "King Tim Liniment" with the treatment of acute and chronic soft tissue injury made it possible to repeatedly achieve excellent results. In this study, by observing the effects of "King Tim Liniment" for topical treatment of acute and chronic soft tissue injury patients, clinical efficacy can be determined, and exploration of its possible mechanism, combined with thinking outside the governance of clinical practice and new evidence to provide more acute and chronic soft tissue injury methods.ObjectiveObserve the use and efficacy of "King Tim Liniment" and Manipulative treatment of acute and chronic soft tissue injury, and preliminary discussion of its possible mechanism.Methods60 cases of acute ankle sprains, and 51 cases of patients with tennis elbow were observed, using random methods, respectively, the above two patients groups were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated by researchers combining injury management practices treatment and "King Tim Liniment", the control group were administered normal paraffin oil as a massage medium, the researchers also employed the same massage techniques as the treatment group, all patients were treated once every two days, a total of 5 times. Guidelines for treatment by surgical patients for symptoms of research studies on a disease severity scale, in each of two different groups of disease after treatment, respectively, two groups were then evaluated based on a comparative of their first treatment to their 5th and final treatment.ResultsTreatment Group-acute ankle sprain 7 days after treatment, the cure rate was 81.3%, obvious improvement was 18.7%.Control Group-after 7 days cure rate was 10.7%, obvious improvement of 75%, the moderate effective rate was 14.3%.Treatment Group-4 days after treatment cure rate was 34.4%, obvious improvement of 50%, moderate effective rate of 15.6%.Control Group-4 days after treatment, the cure rate is 0, obvious improvement is 42.9% and moderate effective rate was 57.1%.Ridit analysis are shown for both groups on the 4th and 7th days after treatment was significantly (P<0.05).Observed in the cases of tennis elbow,7 days after treatment in Treatment Group, the cure rate was 50%, obvious improvement of 42.3%, moderate effective rate was 7.7%. In the Control Group 7 days after treatment, the cure rate was 12%, Obvious improvement of 64%, moderate effectiveness rate of 24%.4 days after treatment for Treatment Group, the cure rate was 7.7%, obvious improvement of 69.2%, moderate effective rate of 23.1%, while the Control Group 4 days after treatment, the cure rate is 0, the obvious improvement of 24%, moderate effective rate of 68%,8% is not valid.According to analysis by Ridit 4 days after treatment effect with the first 7 days was significantly (P<0.05). In addition, all subjects using "King Tim Liniment", no adverse reactions were seen. The more commonly observed allergic reactions due to contact with other oils were also absent.Conclusion"King Tim Liniment" has a good effect on swelling and pain, topical "King Tim Liniment" combined with manipulative treatment of trauma, injury and pain management has the exact effect, faster onset time, and no side effects and adverse reactions. The mechanism may be a variety of Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation under the effect of treatment in practice, the ability of the skin to absorb, the role of drug penetration through soft tissue to reach the local strain, aided and improved blood circulation, reduce swelling and pain. |
