| Subject: Preparation for treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type acute and chronic soft tissue injury by compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine "Tongluo liniment", Focusing on research and examine its preliminary stability, acute toxicity and efficacy at the same time.Methods: By orthogonal test, the extraction process of optimization of cloves, cinnamon and other. The orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process of chuanxiong, safflower; optimized by orthogonal test. The precipitation process, were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC) drugs; by gas phase chromatography of eugenol in Tongluo liniment were determined in order to decide the content limit. This process of production f?lly investigated the initial stability of preparation and laid a great research foundation of acute toxicity test and also the main pharmacodynamics.Res?lt: Preparation by advanced technology, stable and feasible; quality standards can be accurate for qualitative and quantitative detection; preparation has good stability; acute toxicity test showed Monteggia Tongluo liniment is less acute toxicity of drugs and the safety of clinical use; pharmacodynamics experiment showed that the preparation for treating acute and chronic soft tissue injury is Qi stagnation who has remarkable curative effect.Conclusion: Tongluo liniment for treating acute and chronic soft tissue injury, curative effect is exact stagnation. This process shows that the production is stable and controllable. |
