| Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of regulating Qi Decoction in the treatment of chemotherapy related abdominal distension.Methods: 60 patients with abdominal distension after chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had a total of 30 cases.In the observation group were treated with Qi Decoction,control group oral treatment of Mosapride Citrate Tablets.Continuous observation of two cycles,two groups were compared before and after treatment of bowel sounds,bloating and accompanying symptoms,as well as changes in the total score of TCM symptoms.Results: the observation group and control group can improve chemotherapy related abdominal distension,but better,faster onset effect of Liqi Decoction group,has more obvious effect in clinical curative effect.Conclusion: Tiaozhong Liqi decoction is effective in the treatment of chemotherapy related abdominal distension,regulating qi,spleen dampness "is one of the effective methods in the treatment of chemotherapy related abdominal distension,worthy of further study. |
