The Observation Of Effect And Influence On Life Quality Of Professor Xu’s Tiaozhong Liqi Decoction Treating The Virtual Qi Stagnantion Syndrome Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:to determine the therapeutic effects of Professor Xu’s Tiaozhong Liqi Decoction in contrast with Weifuchun tablets on the virtual Qi stagnation syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) including clinical sympotoms, endoscopic and pathological conditions, the qual-ity of life, in order to make comprehensive evaluations on the efficacy, which also provide clinical objective evidence for the use of the decoction.Methord:according to differentiation of Professor Xu Jingfan Ⅲ types’ standards, randomly divide60patients diagnosed of the virtual Qi stagnation syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis into2groups, the treatment group30cases are administered with Tiaozhong Liqi Decoction, the control one Weifuchun tablets, and the treatment lasts six months to make comparative observation to the TCM syndromes,endoscopic, pathological and PRO score changes before treatment,12and24weeks after treatment.Results:(1)there were obvious differences between symptoms of two groups for12weeks after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05),24weeks also as well; symptoms of24weeks in the treatment group also improved well compared with12weeks (P<0.05), while in the control one, there were significant changes in terms of stomachache, gasteremphraxis, acid regurgitati-tation, belching, liking the press and warm, lassitude, the unajustment of the stool (P<0.05), in-stead of loss of appetite and gastric upset(P>0.05); the differences of symptoms between the treatment group ang control group for12weeks after treatment were not obvious(P>0.05), but the efficacy of stomachache, gasteremphraxis, belching, acid regurgitation, gastric upset, liking the press and warm, the unajustment of the stool in the treatment group was improved better than the control group for24weeks (P<0.05).(2)the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was90.0%, in which clinical cure rate was3.3%, obvious efficiency rate56.7%, effective rate30.3%; the total clinical effective rate of the control group was70.0%, in which obvious efficiency rate13.3%, effective rate56.7%; the total curative effect of the treatment group was higher than the control one(P<0.05).(3)the scores of gastroscopic syndrome, H.pylori infection, chronic inflammation, atrophy, intestinal metaplasia in the two groups all descended, and the treatment group worked better than the control one(P<0.05); the treatment group’s gastroscopic syndrome, chronic inflammation and intestinal metaplasia efficacy were significantly different compared to the control one(P<0.05), the eradication of H.pylori infection, atrophy efficacy no significantly different (P>0.05).(4)scores of patients of two groups with physical, psychological, social relationship and environment and total score were well improved after treatment(P<0.05), and the treatment group changed remarkably better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of Prpfessor Xu’s Tiaozhong Liqi Decoction on the virtual Qi stagnation syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis are significant, which can improve clinical symptoms, endoscopic and pathological scores as well as PRO points, and enhance the quality of patients life.
