Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Abdominal Distension Spleen Deficiency Syndrome With Jianpi Xiaozhang Decoction

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Xiaozhang Decoction in the treatment of spleen asthenia type functional abdominal distention through rando mized controlled trial,and to provide a new theoretical basis for its clinical app lication and development.Methods: With reference to the Western diagnostic criteria of 2016 Roma IV functional abdominal distension and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria of splenic asthenia and hysteresis,100 patients with complete inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,each group was divided into 50 cases,each group was given oral splenic distension formula granules(free of decoction provided by jiangtia njiang pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).The control group was given six-Jun pills(Zhongwangxi Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)for oral administration of Chinese traditional medicine.In the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups of patients were evaluated from the aspects of syndromes and clinical observation.The data obtained from the test were analyzed statistically by SPSS 19.0 software and compared by T-test.The comparison of two primary rates was analyzed by rank and test.Results:after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 84 and 74 respectively.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of major symptoms after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.01),and in the control group,there was no significant difference in abdominal distension score after treatment and before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in belching after treatment.Before treatment,there was statistical difference(P < 0.01)between the two groups before treatment,and there was no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups,which was comparable,and the scores of every symptom syndrome in the test group after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.There was significant difference(P < 0.05),but in the control group,the score of loosestool syndrome was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the difference was significant(P < 0.01),the difference was significant before treatment,such as shortness of breath,indolence,fatigue,irritability,irritability and irritability.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 12 and that of the control group was 41.Conclusion: Jianpi Xiaozhang decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of functional abdominal distension of spleen deficiency qi stagnation syndrome.
