XiaoZhang Decoction Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Ventilator Associated Abdominal Distension

Objective:Observing the clinical effects of Xiao Zhang Decoction treatment of ventilator associated abdominal distension.Method:To conform to the diagnostic standard of 40 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 20 cases in each group.Control group given conventional treatment: Domperidone Tablets 10 mg, nasal feeding, Q8H?Treatment group given conventional treatment at the same time, combined with Xiao Zhang Decoction 100 ml,nasal feeding,Once in the morning in the evening. Observe two groups before and after the treatment of intra-abdominal pressure, and the change of the Chinese medicine symptom integral and bowel movements(exhaust time, bowel sounds recovery time).Results:The experimental group and control group before and after the treatment of intra-abdominal pressure and TCM syndrome integral were obviously improved, intestinal peristalsis function are corresponding recovery, and the experimental group in intra-abdominal pressure drop, Chinese medicine symptom improvement, intestinal peristalsis recovery is better than that in control group.Conclusion: Xiao Zhang Decoction combined western medicine therapy effect is obviously better than pure western medicine therapy, can significantly improve the signs and symptoms of patients with abdominal distension, provides a new train of thought for clinical treatment.
