The Revision Of The �intention� And �will� Element Evaluation Scales And Their Application In Insomnia

Objective: Based on "the Five Gods� theory of the Traditional Chinese Medicine,this research revises the �Intention� and �will� Element Evaluation Scale in order to improve the two scales.And use revised scales to observe the abnormal distribution characteristics of insomniacs.Methods:1.the research starts by researching the databases of ancient literature and selecting the modern literature in Chinese Journal Full-text Database CNKI,and combines expertise,items related to Intention Disorder are filtered.Through describe items according to standardization of term and review of experts in the related field,an revised Intention Evaluation Scale is formed.By relevant process and measures of making scales,and with the review and judgment by experts of the related field,the Scale is finalized.2.Through experts consultation,this research revises the response level,item expression and answer assignment of the �will� scale,and test the validity and reliability of the scale.3.Investigating the insomnia patients with the revised scales to describe the abnormal distribution characteristics of insomnia.Results: 1.The final version of �Intention� Element Evaluation Scale includes 3sub-scales,it's total Cronbach's ? is 0.916,the three sub-scales' Cronbach's ? are0.814,0.809,0.701,and their Cum Pct are 58.307%,54.619%,52.869%;The final version of�Will� Element Evaluation Scale includes 2 sub-scales,it's total Cronbach's ? is 0.878,the two sub-scales' Cronbach's ? are 0.835,0.762,and their Cum Pct are60.788%,64.909%.2.By observation the 130 cases of patients with insomnia "Intention" and "Will" abnormal distribution,the study find that the abnormal distribution mainly center on sthenia of �will� and deficiency of �Intention�.Conclusion: The revised scales have good reliability and validity,after large-scaled sample clinical survey,they can be used for assessment the state of Intention and Will Disorder of the patients with psychosomatic disease,and thus provide good guidance for the dialectic diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
