Objective:Based on the TCM theory of "the god five", Form the TCM theory of "five" god "will" elements of the rating scale, It can provide a new, scientific and accurate way of thinking for diagnosis and treatment of mental behavior disorder disease, distinguishing the process of disease.Build the new quantitative system of "will" abnormal state.Method:First, By searching the ancient literature content in these book of Chinese medical classics and Si Ku Quan Shu and the modern literature in Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),establish the database of "will" element.Arrange the literature in the Database,giving the "will" element a definition,through making these symptoms specification,analyzing of literature data mining by using the software of traditional of Chinese medicine inheritance support platform (V2.0),formed an alternative database about symptoms.By experts in the related field demonstrating,then formed the initial scale. Judging the patients’ mental and behavior, somatic symptoms and social function from a new angle. It can guide the clinical syndrome differentiation treatment.Results:Eventually formed the scale that who have a stable internal cinsistency,test-retest reliability,content validity and construct validity. This provides objective, scientific tool and model for the quantification and evaluation of physical and mental diseases.Conclusion:The final formal scale has good reliability and validity, This scale can be judged five God "Will" elements of the abnormal state, It can provide a good guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
