The Study On The Revision Of The "Soul" Element Scale And Theabnormal Distribution Of "Soul" And "Spirit" In Patients With Insomnia

Objective: Based on the previous study,revise the “soul” element scale of "the five gods" theory of TCM,and assess the reliability and validity of the revised scale,investigate on patients with insomnia using the “soul” and “spirit” element scale of insomnia patients.Research the relation of the “soul” and “spirit” element in patients with insomnia,further provide scientific and objective measurement tools for clinical psychological behavior disorder and thus deeply understand the process of occurrence and development of disease,then for lay the foundation for the construction of dialectical thinking mode with TCM characteristics with the core of "five gods" theory of TCM.Method:1.Revision of the scale: through patient interviews,expert argumentation and clinical epidemiology,revise the entry,content structure and answer assignment of the“soul” element scale in previous study,assess the reliability and validity of the revised scale using correlation analysis,factor analysis,Cronbach's ? analysis and other statistical methods.2.Clinical investigation: carry on the clinical investigation in patients with insomnia with the revised “soul” and “spirit” element scale,then manage survey data through SPSS17.0 statistical software,and research the abnormal distribution law of“soul” and “spirit” element in patients with insomnia.Results: The revised “soul” element scale of "five gods" theory of TCM and other sub scale have good reliability and validity.After clinical investigation of the revised “soul”and “spirit” element scale,have gotten the abnormal distribution law of “soul” and“spirit” in patients with insomnia.Conclusion: The study has formed “soul” element scale which the reliability and validity is ideal,and the revised “soul” and “spirit” element scale can be used for evaluation of the“soul” and “spirit”of clinical psychological behavior disorder.Then has provided an measurement tools of objectification,visualization and systematization for mental diseases of TCM,lay the foundation for the construction of dialectical thinking mode with TCM characteristics with the core of "five gods" theory of TCM.
