Objective:After the monitor of polysomnography(PSG),to explore the difference of sleep related parameters between the spleen type and lung type of TCM insomnia,so as to contribute to the clinical development of TCM insomnia Wushen classification method.Methods: In 94 cases,the subjects were all from the mental ward of TCM Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and were diagnosed with insomnia between September 2015 and October 2017.According to the classification method of five spirits of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine,47 cases of spleen and 47 cases of lung without hiding were selected.The normal group of 47 cases also came from the Xinjiang Autonomous Region TCM Hospital,screened out the outpatient check-up health as well as voluntarily participates in and does not have the insomnia the volunteer to enter the group to compare.To find out the difference between spleen type,lung type and normal group in sleep parameters by statistical monitoring index of multiple-guide sleep chart.Results: 1.In the PSG parameter index of the study,the spleen type and lung type in the classification of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine have all changed compared with the normal group.(P<0.01).2.In terms of the parameters of PSG studied,the difference of spleen type and lung type in the classification of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine is obvious.(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the parameter index of PSG studied,the spleen type and lung type in the classification of insomnia of traditional Chinese medicine have obvious difference.
