The Study On The Specific Representation Of "soul" Disorder In Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Head And Facial Multivariate Diagnosis

Objective:Based on the literature review of ancient and modern methods of diagnosis,combined with the clinical experience of the tutor,the patients with the disorder of "soul" of traditional Chinese medicine "five gods" were selected to collect the information of multiple diagnoses of the head and face,and the specific features of the head and face were summed up.In order to probe into the law of head and facial representation in predicting and diagnosing the disorder of "soul" of "five gods" of TCM,the diagnosis system of disorder of "five spirits" of traditional Chinese medicine can be perfected to make the diagnosis of disease of five spirits more objective,and to guide the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods : 1.Through the clinical observation summary,consult the literature,books and so on,according to the different diagnosis method induces and arranges the head facial inspection content,through the expert consultation,selects the related item with the "soul" essential factor,forms the head facial inspection item.2.According to the Nomenclature Standard Table,the items are standardized and classified according to the different methods of visiting diagnosis,and then through expert argumentation,the main observation items of head and face inspection under the condition of "soul" disorder are formed.Formation of "head and face multiple look-up table(initial table)".3.combined with the relevant experts consultation and improved by pre experiment to establish the final inspection of the head and face the multiple observation table.Using the previous project "has developed a" soul "element scale,into the"soul "of disorder of the patients in 300 cases,and the establishment of" non soul "disorder in 100 cases as the control group clinical observation,inspection,will collect the cases observation table according to the scale of"soul with hyperactivity "," body and soul "," soul machine huoluan "classification and statistics,through statistical analysis,the results are discussed,to explore traditional Chinese medicine" five gods "of the" soul "of head facial disorders specific characterization.Results:1.The age and sex of the patients in the trial group and the control group were statistically analyzed,and it was found that the difference of baseline level was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Through chi-square test,the patients in the group with insufficient soul body were not able to face up to the symptoms of eye dodging,slow action of tongue extension,tongue tooth marks,dim white eyes,sparse hair,fine hair and pale lip color.The eight items had statistical significance(P< 0.05).By chi-square test,the body of tongue was thin,the vessels and collaterals were thickening and increasing,thin and small,the cheeks were redder,the tongue was moving fast,and the cheekbones were higher.The seven items were statistically significant(P < 0.05).By chi-square test,it is easy to frown,dark complexion,tongue when stretching out the tongue.Body microfibrillation,eye flash trance,upper and lower eyelid involuntary microfibrillation,easy to shake nose,lip microfibrillation,these seven items have statistical significance(P <0.05).3.The correlation degree of the non-conditional Logistic regression analysis for the specific representation with statistical significance(P<0.05)was as follows: the specificity of OR >10(indicating strong correlation)in the inspection information of the soul-body deficiency group was that the vision dodging did not dare to face squarely;In the hyperactivity group,the specificity of OR >10 was marked by staring directly at the man,or at 3.0-9.9 in the confused group.The specific lip white,pale face.These eight items can be used as the specific representation of the deficiency of the soul body.The body of the tongue is thin and small,the vessels and collaterals are thicker and thicker,thin and small,the cheeks are redder,the tongue is fast,the body of tongue is longer,and the cheekbones are higher.These seven items can be used as a special representation of the type of hyperactivity of the soul.Easily frowning,dark complexion,tongue body tremble when extending tongue,vision flashing trance,upper and lower eyelid involuntary microfibrillation,easy to shake nose,lip microtremor,These seven items can be used as the specific representation of the disorder syndrome type.2.Through the correlation analysis,it can be concluded that the representation of the head and face has a strong correlation in the judgment of the "soul" disorder,and the expression of the eyes has important reference value.
