| Objectives:The purpose of this study is to observe the teacher from ziyinyangwei Decoction in the treatment of stomach yin deficiency clinical curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis,and make a discussion on the etiology,pathogenesis and mechanism of ziyinyangwei decoction?Methods:The selected cases were divided into two groups according to the number table method,Treatment group of 31 cases were treated with self-made ziyinyangwei Decoction of tutor.The control group of 31 cases were given the treatment of yin deficiency and stomach-ache electuary pain that recommended by common view.After the treatment for 3 months,two groups are need to be observe symptoms,stomach mirror,pathological changes,The curative effect was judged according to the standard of curative effect evaluation,Finally,the results were analyzed by statistical software.Results:Ziyinyangwei decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,With the function that nourishing yin and clearing away heat and toxic material,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.32% in the treatment group,HP was positive in 5 cases and negative in 26 cases,the improvement of chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa was 83.87%,the improvement of gastric mobility inflammation was 91.03%,gland atrophy was 77.42%,the improvement of intestinal metaplasia was 59.26%;TCM syndrome curative effect was 87.10%,the total effective rate was 87.10%.The total effective rate was 77.42% in the control group,HP was positive in 15 cases and negative in 16 cases,the improvement of chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa was 67.74%,the improvement of gastric mobility inflammation was 72%,gland atrophy was 51.61%,the improvement of intestinal metaplasia was 23.08%;TCM syndrome curative effect was 67.74%,the total effective rate was 54.84%.The result is P<0.05 after Statistical software analysis.There have a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms,endoscopic mucosal conditions,gastric mucosal inflammation(chronic and active),atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,HP removal.No untoward effect were found during the treatment.Conclusion:The curative effect is sure that Ziyinyangwei decoction cure chronic atrophic gastritis stomach of yin deficiency syndrome in clinic.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the gastroscopy and pathological examination,alleviate the patient's physical and mental pain,can improve the quality of life,and it is safe to use.So it has good clinical value. |
