| ObjectiveObserving the therapeutic effect of acupoint sticking combined with ginger moxibustion on chronic non-atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold,and finding a better treatment plan for clinical treatment of this disease.MethodsSixty patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type who met the inclusion criteria were selected according to the randomized digital table method.The comprehensive group(mountain aconite acupoint application combined with ginger moxibustion)and western medicine group(oral western medicine)each 30 example.Comprehensive group acupoints: the first group of points took Zhongqi,Shenque,Zusanli(double);the second group took spleen(double),stomach Yu(double),Dazhui,the first group and the second group Each rotation is alternately selected,once a day,6 times a week.Western medicine group is given oral western medicine(magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets 1 tablet each time,3 times/day,2 hours after meal,chew for 14 days;omeprazole enteric-coated capsules each time 20 mg,1 time/day,15 before meals Oral for-30 minutes for 14 days).Both groups were treated for 2 weeks for 1 course of treatment.This study observed and recorded the total scores of TCM syndromes,TCM syndrome scores,serum pepsinogen I(PGI),serum pepsinogen II(PGII)and before and after treatment of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis and spleen Changes in serum pepsinogen I/serum pepsinogen II(PGI/PGII)ratio and chronic gastritis quality of life scale(PRO)score.The collected data was analyzed by the statistical software SPSS 19.0 statistical software package,and finally the conclusion was reached.Results1.Comparison of therapeutic effect: After the end of the treatment,there is a otherness(P<0.05),the total effective rate(93.1%)of the comprehensive group in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with erosion of the type of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach(93.1%)compared with that of western medicine group(90.0%).The therapeutic effect of comprehensive group is superior to that of the western medicine group.2.Aggregate scores of TCM syndromes: There were both improvement in the aggregate scores of the type of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach after the treatment of the comprehensive group or the western medicine group(P<0.05);With the comparison between two groups' aggregate scores of TCM syndromes after treatment and change of aggregate scores during the treatment course,the comprehensive group improved the TCM syndromes of spleen and stomach deficiency type more than the western medicine group,and the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Individual scores of the TCM syndrome: The scores of TCM syndromes in the comprehensive group and the western medicine group were both improved after treatment(P<0.05);the comprehensive group could apparently improve the stomach cramps of the patients compared with the western medicine group and the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that Chinese drug at the acupoint combined with ginger moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the symptom of the spleen and stomach deficiency type and representative cold syndrome.4.The PRO rating scale: After therapy,the comprehensive group and the western medicine group were both attain improvement in the physiological,independent,psychological and environmental areas,and the difference have statistical significance(P<0.01).With the comparison of the post-treatment scores of the three areas of physiology,psychology and independence between two groups,the comprehensive group was superior to the western medicine group,and the difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).And in the environmental field,the scores of the two groups after treatment and the scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the difference has not statistical significance(P>0.05).5.Serum PGI,PGII and PGI/PGII values: The serum PGI,PGII and PGI/PGII values of the comprehensive group and the western medicine group were improved compared with those before treatment.The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).),and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).6.Safety: The side effect of the western medicine group was higher than that of the comprehensive group.ConclusionChinese drug at the acupoint combined with ginger moxibustion therapy has a definite clinical effect in curing chronic non-atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold,and has advantages in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with erosion.The effect is obvious and safe. |
