Objective: to observe the level of liver wind soup out of the clinical effect of treatment of Cervicogenic headache and discuss its mechanism of action,and put forward "BushenYangxin,Pinggantongluo" in the treatment of new ideas.Methods: 60 cases included in the standard of two groups of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases as a group.Treatment group given Pingganxifeng soup,the control group given oral neck pain around the particles.Using the SPSS17.0statistical software for data processing.difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Results: 1,the rank and inspection,the treatment group and control group analgesic effect comparison,P < 0.05,there is significant difference,the treatment group was better than control group in patients with ease headache extent.2,the independent sample t-test,ROM score comparison group and the control group after treatment,P < 0.05,suggesting that the two groups after treatment scores have obvious difference,the treatment group in improving the cervical activity degree has obvious advantages.3,the independent sample t-test,integral comparison group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05,suggesting that the two groups after treatment integral has obvious difference,the treatment group of clinical symptoms and signs improved far more than the control group.4,application and inspection,to compare the overall efficacy of the treatment group and control group,two groups of effective cure rate were 86.7% and 53.3% respectively.Conclusion: The Pingganxifeng soup have curative effect because this soup not only can improve the range of the notion of the neck and the blood supply to brain but also can improve the patients overall signs and symptoms.
