Destination:For the preliminary optimization of acupuncture therapeutic regimen on Cervicogenic Headache.Means:In view of the current study situation of the Acupuncture treatment of cervical headache,particularly the problems at present, combined with the modern medical understanding of cervicogenic headache,based on the multivariate analysis that affected the effect of Acupuncture treatment of cervical headache,studied the curative effects of cervicogenic headache of the different programs that was combined with the needling points and angles,the depth of needling,the numbers of needling,and the acupuncture time that the four factors' three different levels(needling points and angles:naokong-through-fengci acupuncture pluss naohu-through-fengfu,fengchi fengfu derect puncture,jingjiaji horizontal needling; the depth of needling:shallow,middle,deep; the numbers of needling:one,two and withdrawal of needle; the acupuncture time:30 minutes,60 minutes,more than 6 hours). The study selected 90 cases with cervicogenic headache that meet the inclusion criteria,without taking any pain medication at the premise, according to the 4 factors and 3 levels' combining plan, the preliminary optimization was done to observe the headache VAS score weighted value, six behavioral score (BRS-S), head and neck stiffness and cervical range of influenza score (ROM),and to do the statistical analysis separately, initially determined the best needling points and angles,the depth of needling,the numbers of needling and the acupuncture time,and then initially determined the preliminary optimization of acupuncture therapeutic regimen on cervicogenic headache.Results:Selecting these needling points(naokong-through-fengci acupuncture pluss naohu-through-fengfu),using medium needling,using withdrawal of needle (acupuncture needle 3-5) and having a long needle retention (more than 6 hours) can get the best of the VAS weighted value score and the six behavioral score (BRS-S).Selecting these needling points (jingjiaji horizontal needling),using medium needling,using withdrawal of needle (acupuncture needle 3-5) and having a needle retention of 1 hours can get the best score of the feeling of rigidity of the head and neck and the active degree of vertebrae.Conclusion:The preliminary optimization of acupuncture treatment of cervicogenic headache program is:using withdrawal of needle, using medium needling; choosing naokong-through-fengchi pluss naohu-through-fengfu and having a long needle retention can relatively get the best improving effect of the headache. Using withdrawal of needle, using medium needling; choosing jiaji horizontal needling and having a long needle retention can relatively get the best improving effect of the head and neck symptoms and signs(mainly is the feeling of rigidity and active degree).
