The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Cervioogenic Headache Through Sanhantongbi Soup

Objective: Through clinical trials and research on sanhantongbi soup, search moreevidence of the clinical effect.Proposed the view expelling wind and cold anddampness, Huoxue Tongluo treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods: The subjects were60patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group30cases, control group in30patients. A period of one courses (4weeks as a course) of the intervention. Using SPSS16.0statistical software for dataprocessing. Measurement data as mean±standard deviation (X±S), the comparison ofbefore and after treatment using paired t test, comparing the efficacy between the twogroups using independent-samples T test, ranked data using Ridit analysis. P <0.05forthe difference statistical significance; P>0.05for the difference was not statisticallysignificant.Results:1, the application of rank sum test on two groups were statistically analyzedthat there are significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05) before and aftertreatment. The result proved that experimental group is more effective than control groupin reduce the degree of patients headache.2, the application of independent-samples T teston ROM scores were statistically analyzed that there are significant differences betweenthe two groups (P>0.05) before and after treatment. The results proved that experimentalgroup is more effective than control group in improve the range of the notion of the neck.3,the application of independent-samples T test on the total scores were statistically analyzedthat there are significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05) before and aftertreatment. The result proved that experimental group is more effective than control groupin improve the patients overall signs and symptoms.4, the application of rank sum test on overall effectives were statistically analyzed that there are significant differences betweenthe two groups. The total effective rates were: experimental group86.7%, the controlgroup53.3%.Conclusion: The sanhongtongbi soup have curative effect because this soup not onlycan improve the range of the notion of the neck and the blood supply to the brain,but alsocan improve the patients overall signs and symptoms.
