Clinical Observation On Treatmenting Pediatric Viral Myocarditis With Tong Xinkang Mixture

Objective: This topic mainly is clinical observation on treatmenting pediatricviral myocarditis of toxicity and blood stasis or deficiency of vital energyand yin syndrome with Tong Xinkang Mixture and objective evaluation on its effectiveness and safety.Method: The children who were eligible for inclusion were divided into 30 patients and 30 control groups in the treatment group according to the principle of randomization.The treatment group gave the treatment of Tong Xinkang Mixture,the control group gave the treatment of Yu Dan Rong heart pill.After 1 month of treatment,the serum myocardial enzyme,liver function,kidney function,clinical syndromes and other indicators were observed and compared to the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.The results show that Tong Xinkang Mixture and Yu Dan Rong heart pill for children with VMC secondary symptoms of TCM and CK-MB have obvious improvement.And there is no difference in both.2.Tong Xinkang Mixture to improve the symptoms of sigh and chest tightness or chest painis is more obvious than Yu Dan Rong heart pill.3.Yu Dan rong heart pill to improve the symptoms of palpitation is more obvious than Tong Xinkang Mixture.4.The experimental group and control group before and after the treatment of liver and kidney function and three routine are within the normal range,hence they safety deserves affirmation.Conclusion:There is a therapeutic effect in reatmenting pediatricviral myocarditis of toxicity and blood stasis or deficiency of vital energy and yin syndrome with Tong Xinkang Mixture.Tong Xinkang Mixture is worth the clinical promotion application...
