Objective: Concept Cha Yi Xin Tang treatment of children with viral myocarditis (Qi Yin deficiency type) the clinical efficacy and safety of Sex.Methods: Eligible children with viral myocarditis (Qi Yin deficiency type) in patients with a total of 60 cases of randomized controlled trials, treatment and control groups at a 1:1 allocation. Group was treated with Yi Xin Decoction, a two-day one, Qu Zhi decoction 150ml, hours early, middle and late three suits, and in line with a static point on Western energy compounds (ATP, CoA, VitC). The control group were given a static point on Western energy compounds (ATP, CoA, VitC). Observed before and after treatment in children with traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, signs, electrocardiogram, myocardial enzymes and other changes in treatment for 4 weeks.Results:1, Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptom assessment: in the combination therapy group were cured 12 cases, effective in 13 cases, 2 cases and 3 cases, the total efficiency of 90%; control group, 10 cases cured, 8 cases markedly effective, effective 6 cases, 6 cases, the total effective rate 80%. In the combination therapy group compared with the control group with western medicine alone, P《0.05 significant difference. 2, ECG efficacy evaluation: ECG arrhythmia compared to the combination therapy group, 5 cases markedly effective in 3 cases, the total effective rate 91.67%; simple western medicine group were cured, 1 case, 2 cases, the total effective rate 53.35% . In the combination therapy group compared with the control group with western medicine alone, P《0.05 There was a significant difference. Tachycardia ECG comparison, the combination therapy group were cured, 8 cases, effective in 5 cases, total effective rate was 97.75%; alone treatment group, effective in 3 cases, effective in 4 cases, total effective rate 73.85%. In the combination therapy group compared with the control group with western medicine alone, P《0.05 significant difference. Premature beat ECG comparison, the combination therapy group, control, 3 cases, effective in 8 cases, effective in 5 cases, total effective rate was 93.87%; alone treatment group, control, in 5 cases, effective in 2 cases, effective in 1 case, the total effective rate 81.40% . In the combination therapy group compared with the control group with western medicine alone, P《0.05 significant difference. Comparison of ST segment changes,In the combination therapy group, effective in 10 cases, effective in 8 cases, total effective rate 95.6%; alone treatment group, effective in 6 cases, effective in 5 cases, total effective rate was 83.75%. In the combination therapy group compared with the control group with western medicine alone, P《0.05 significant difference. 3, comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes integral combination therapy group compared with the control group with western medicine alone, P《0.05 significant difference. 4, the combination therapy group, simple western medicine had no obvious adverse reaction to the control group.Conclusion:Yi Xin Tang treatment of children with viral myocarditis (Qi Yin deficiency type) the exact efficacy, safety can be extended.
