Clinical Research On Yuxin Mixture Treating Viral Myocarditis In Children

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and primary mechanism of Yuxin Mixture treating VMC in children .Methods: Fifty patients of VMC in children were divided into curative group (30 cases) and control group (20 cases) at random. The curative group was treated by Yuxin Mixture, while the control group was treated by Shengmai Yin. Four weeks was a course of treatment.The changes of CK,CK-MB,AST,cTnI,T lymphocyte subgroup of the blood serum,electrocardiogram and heart function were observed before and after treatment. Results: Compared with control group, Yuxin Mixture has obvious effect on lowering the CK,CK-MB,AST,cTnI of the blood serum, adjusting T lymphocyte subgroup of the blood serum,curing arrhythmia and improving heart function with statistical significance (p<0.05 ).Conclusion :The Yuxin Mixture is a group of effective drugs treating VMC in children.
