The Experimental And Clinical Study Of Yuxin Mixture To Viral Myocarditis In Children

Objective: Through clinical study and animal experiment, to observe the clinical effects of Yuxin Mixture to VMC in children and the influence to serum enzyme of myocardium, TNF, IL-2, SOD and MDA in VMC mice which induced by CVB₃, then study the cure mechanisms of Yuxin Mixture on the molecule biology level. Methods: 1.Animal experiment:80 male BalB/c mice were randomly divided into normal group, viral group, Yuxin Mixture treated group and Shengmai Yin treated group, each 20. then the latter 3 groups were induced by means of injecting CVB₃m and were perfused natural saline, Yuxin Mixture and Shengmai Yin respectively. 15 days later, to measure the serum enzyme of myocardium, TNF, IL-2 ,SOD and myocardial tissue MDA. 2.clinical study:50 children of VMC were randomly divided into 2 groups, the 30 children in the treated group were treated with Yuxin Mixture and the 20 children in the control group were treated with Shengmai Yin. The clinical curative effect were observed. Result: Animal experiment indicated that Yuxin Mixture can significantly decrease serum enzyme of myocardium, TNF, IL-2 and increase serum SOD, decrease myocardial tissue MDA in VMC mice, all results were better than Shengmai Yin group(P<0.05). Clinical study showed that the total effective rate were 96.67% and the cured rate were 63.33% in the Yuxin Mixture group, better than Shengmai Yin group(P<0.05). Conclusion; Yuxin Mixture can improve the release of cytokins, accordingly alleviate immune injury and relieve the lipid peroxidation injury in VMC. Yuxin Mixture is an effective method to treat VMC in children.
