Academic Thoughts And Clinical Experiences Of Wan Quan On Pediatrics

This article used the traditional philological research methods,by researching Mr.Wan Mizhai pediatric works of pediatric basis and interrelated thesis,the characteristics of academic thoughts,clinical experience and rules of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of the WAN have been systematically analyzed and concluded.The medical records were analyzed according to Traditional Chinese Medicine system of principles,methods,prescriptions and Chinese herbs and the contributions to Chinese pediatrics of Wan quan were summarized according to the medical cases.Mr.Wan Mizhai Was born in a medical family,and he has abundant Clinical experience.On the basis of using the ancestral experience,he draw lessons from experience sages and raised the five internal organs more than less.He diagnosed diseases by the four examination methods synthesis of the four diagnostic methods,and especially paid attention to inspection.He differentiated by organs,as well as midnight-midday ebb flow,Qi and blood.He paid attention to spleen and stomach disease and self-care,and raised Five zang-organs deficiency tonifying kidney.It is not limited for medicine on the treatment,there are a variety of surgical technique and its drug usage on the treatment.The method of treating infant diseases through improving mother's corresponding physical conditions has great influence on later generations of pediatrics,which promotes the development of modern TCM pediatrics.
