| Objective:By summarizing and sorting out the related literatures of Rangu(KI2)acupoint in the ancient Chinese medicine,analysing the clinical application law of the acupoint.Methods:Based on the ancient Chinese medicine in the "Chinese Medical Classics"(Fifth Edition)as the main retrieval scope,figure out the related literatures of Rangu(KI2)acupoint,establish database and analyze the data.Results:Included 810 availableprovisions and 106 ancient Chinese medicines.It had 4 kinds of another acupoint names,8 kinds of records about location,and belonged to kidney meridian.There were 49 kinds of diseases treated by Rangu(KI2)acupoint alone,in which 25 kinds of advantageous diseases were screened.There were 56 kinds of diseases treated by the acupoint combined with others,in which 18 kinds of advantageous diseases were screened.There are 203 compatibility acupoints,and the top three were Taixi(K3),Kunlun(BL60),Shenshu(BL23).Common Moxibustion amount of stimulation is "three zhuang",needling depth is "three fen",and needling time is "three breath".Conclusion:The result of the studycomprehensively reflects the ancient clinical application of Rangu(KI2)acupoint,and it provides an important guiding significance for the clinical selection of acupoints. |
