Study On The Ancient Clinical Application Of Gongsun(SP5)

Objective Through sorting literature of Gongsun acupoint in and before Qing dynasty,summing up the ancient law of clinical application. Method Using the research method ofTCM philology and DM (data mining) to screen the information of attending diseasescured by single Gongsun or compatibility of it, acupoints compatibility and needling&moxibustion method, then established relevant database. Statistically analyzed by IBMSPSS Statistics19.0software. Result In63attending diseases treated by single Gongsunacupoint,25kinds of advantageous diseases were screened, while in74treated bycompatibility therapy,27kinds and high frequency compatibility prescription werescreened. In112acupoints combined with Gongsun,4extra-points, the top ten points wereNeiguan, Yinbai, Zusanli, Zhongwan, Taibai, Neiting, Sanyinjiao, Jiexi, Wangu andZhaohai. Needling, moxibustion and pricking blood are the main acupuncture technique.Conclusion The results more comprehensively introduced the ancient clinical applicationstatus of Gongsun, which have significant reference value for today’s clinical and scientificresearch.
