| Objective Through sorting literature of Shenmen acupoint in and before Qing dynasty,summing up the ancient law of clinical application. Method Using the research method ofTCM philology and DM (data mining) to screen the information of attending diseasescured by single Shenmen or compatibility of it, acupoints compatibility and needling&moxibustion method, then established relevant database. Statistically analyzed by IBMSPSS Statistics19.0software. Result In32attending diseases treated by single Shenmenacupoint,15kinds of advantageous diseases were screened, while in73treated bycompatibility therapy,20kinds and high frequency compatibility prescription werescreened. In156acupoints combined with Shenmen,4extra-points, the top ten points wereDaling,Hegu,Zusanli,Xinshu,Taichong,Baihui,Yuji,Taiyuan,Jianshi,Taixi. Needling andmoxibustion are the main acupuncture technique. Conclusion The results morecomprehensively introduced the ancient clinical application status of Shenmen, which havesignificant reference value for today’s clinical and scientific research. |
