| Objective:To summarize the clinical application rules of Gaohuang(BL43)acupoint through collating and analyzing related data in ancient literature.Methods: To retrieve the ancient Chinese medical books which are contained in Chinese Medical Classics(5th Edition)with the Gaohuang as the key word.To check out the regular pubulicating books on the basis of the relevant provisions of the treatment of the disease and techniques of the acupuncture and moxibustion,and then set up a database for statistical analying.Results: There are 28 kinds of diseases can be treated by Gaohuang(BL43)acupoint alone,and 7 kinds of high frequency diseases.There are 38 kinds of diseases can be treated by Gaohuang(BL43)combined with other acupoints,and 7 kinds of high frequency diseases.The number of the compatible acupoints is 95,and Zusanli(ST36),Feishu(BL13),Shenshu(BL23)are the top three acupoints which used with Gaohuang.Moxibustion is the main treatment method.Conclusion:The application of Gaohuang(BL43)in ancient literature is recorded widely.This study has been systematically summarized the clinical application of Gaohuang(BL43)acupoint in ancient times and is expected to provide reference for modern clinical application of Gaohuang(BL43)acupoint. |
