The Study Of Tianshu(ST25) Acupoint In And Before Qing Dynasty Clinical Application

Objective： Through sorting literature of Tianshu acupoint in and before Qingdynasty,summing up the ancient law of clinical application.Methods：Taking the research method of TCM philology and DM (data mining) asinformation retrieval source,the diseases that Tianshu can cure about acupuncture andmoxibustion were retrieved.Using the Mircrosoft Office Excel Form to process data andcreate databases.Results：In32attending diseases treated by single Tianshu acupoints,15kinds ofadvantageous diseases were screened,while in49attending diseases treated bycompatibility therapy,13kinds of high frequency compatibility prescription werescreened.In112acupoints combined with Tianshu,3extra-points,the top ten points areQihai,Zhongwan,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Shuifen,Pishu,Zhangmen,Shenque,Neiting.Needling and moxibustion are the main acupuncture technique. Moxibustion is the mostcommon operational methods in ancient.Conclusion： The results more comprehensively introduced the ancient clinicalapplication status of Tianshu,which have significant reference value for today’clinical andscientific research.
