To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Applying The Acupoint Catgut-embedding Therapy In Treating Dampness-heat Of Liver And Gallbladder Of Chronic Cholecystitis

Objective: According to quantify and impersonally evaluate the curative effert of applying the acupoint catgut-embedding therapy in treating dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder of Chronic Cholecystitis,to observe the clinical efficacy of applying the acupoint catgut-embedding therapy in treating dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder of Chronic Cholecystitis.Method: 60 patients with dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder of Chronic Cholecystitis were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with catgut-embedding therapy per week,and lasted for two courses of treatment which included four times.The control group were treated with acupuncture everyday,and then take one day rest,and lasted for eight courses of treatment which included six times.The TCM symptom scores and the B-ultrasonic of the gallbladder were compared before and after the treatment,to deterrmine the effect of the treatment.Result: 1.The comparition of the clinical effect of the two groups:(1)To compare the TCM symptoms scores:The total effective rate of treatmentgroup is 93.10%,while the total effective rate of the control group is 92.59%,with P >0.05,the treatment group is superior to the control group.To compare the B-ultrasonic of gallbladder: The total effective rate of treatmentgroup is 86.21%,while the total effective rate of the control group is 81.48%,with P >0.05,the treatment group is superior to the control group.2.The comparition of TCM symptoms scores of the two groups: TCM symptoms scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05)in both groups.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).3.The comparition of the thickness of gallbladder wall of the two groups: the thickness of gallbladder wall were significantly decreased(P<0.05)in both groups.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the acupoint catgut-embedding therapy in treating dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder of chronic cholecystitis is curative,which is an effective therapy for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.
