Objective:Observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding(Zusanli,Ligou)combined with entecavir on HBe Ag,T cell subsets and cytokines in patients with HBe Ag-positive chronic hepatitis B,and to provide ideas for clinical application. Methods:In this study,90 patients with HBe Ag-positive chronic hepatitis B who were treated with entecavir for 2 years or more were enrolled in the outpatient and ward of the Department of Liver Disease,Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were divided into entecavir control group(control group)and entecavir combined acupoint catgut embedding treatment group(treatment group)according to the principle of random number grouping generated by SPSS.5 cases. The control group was treated with entecavir, while the treatment group was treated with entecavir 0.5 mg/d combined with acupoint catgut embedding(Zusanli,Ligou)once every 2 weeks for 12 weeks. The liver function(ALT,AST,GGT,ALP,TBIL),virology(HBs Ag,HBe Ag,HBc Ab),immune correlation(CD3~+T lymphocyte,CD4~+T lymphocyte,CD8~+T lymphocyte/CD4~+T lymphocyte,NK cell,IL-2,TNF-?,IFN-?)and the score of TCM syndrome were observed at 0 and 12 weeks.Results:1.There was no significant difference in ALT and AST between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was significant difference in ALP and TBIL between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);there was significant difference in ALP between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in ALP between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).2.After treatment,HBs Ag and HBe Ag decreased in both groups. There was no significant difference in the negative rate of HBe Ag between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in the decreasing range of HBe Ag between the two groups(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in CD3~+T lymphocyte and NK cell levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was significant difference in CD4~+T lymphocyte,CD8~+T lymphocyte,IL-2 and TNF-?levels between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);there was significant difference in IFN-? levels before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.As for the curative effect of TCM symptoms, there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Acupoint catgut embedding can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of CHB patients such as"fatigue","insomnia"and"hypochondriac pain".Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding(Ligou,Zusanli)combined with entecavir can improve the liver function(ALP,TBIL)and clinical symptoms of CHB patients, regulate the level of immune function and improve the quality of life of patients.
