Mechanism Of Acupuncture Nape Seven Needles Group On Degeneration Of Cervical Intervertebral Disc In Rats

Objective:This paper by collating relevant literature of cervical spondylosis and animal experiment to explore the mechanism of Nape seven needles in cervical spondylosis.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into normal group,nape seven needles group,non-acupoint group and model group.Nape seven needles group rats acupuncture "Fengchi","Tianzhu","WanGu" and "Fengfu",non-acupoint group rats acupuncture armpit lines above 5mm and next to the tail tip point5 mm.Using tilted plane test to observe the changes of motor function in the cervical disc degeneration rats.Dll4 and VEGFmRNA and protein expression were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Results: 1.Compared with the angle of tilted plane test of normal group,the model group was Significantly decreased(P<0.05),Compared with the model group,the angle of tilted plane test of nape seven needles group was Significantly increased(P<0.05).2.Compared with the normal group,the expression of model group of Dll4 mRNA decreased(P<0.05),Compared with the model group and non-acupoint group,the nape seven needles group increased(P<0.05);Compared with the normal group,the expression of model group of VEGFmRNA increased(P<0.05),Compared with the model group and non-acupoint group,the nape seven needles group increased(P<0.05).3.Compared with the model group,the nape seven needles group of Dll4 protein expression was significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with the model group of VEGFprotein expression,the nape seven needles group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)nape seven needles group can improve motor function;(2)nape seven needles group can affect VEGF mRNA and protein expression;(3)nape seven needles group can affect Dll4 mRNA and protein expression.
