The Potential Diagnostic Value Study Of Long Non-coding RNA FENDRR,H19 In Xuanwei Lung Cancer

Objective:Through detecting the expression level of FENDRR,H19 gene in plasma of four group that include xuanwei lung cancer,non-xuanwei lung cancer,xuanwei benign lung disease and healthy controls,to research the variartion trend and clinical significance of FENDRR,H19 in plasma of xuanwei lung cancer,and to evaluate it's potential diagnostic value in patients with xuanwei lung cancer.Methods:A total of 163 samples were enrolled in the study.Plasma samples were collected from patients with preoperative plasma as well as gender age matched healthy subjects in The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June 2015 to August 2016.Samples are divided into four groups:xuanwei lung cancer,non-xuanwei lung cancer,xuanwei benign lung disease and healthy controls.There are 43 cases in xuanwei lung cancer group,in another three groups,each group includes 40 cases.detection the expression levels of plasma FENDRR and H19 in these samples in real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.And analysis the correlation between the expression of FENDRR/H19 and gender,age,smoking,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,tumor size and histological type of xuanwei lung cancer Patients to evaluate the diagnostic value of plasma FENDRR and H19 as a screening marker for xuanwei lung cancer.Results:Compared with the control group,the expression levels of FENDRR and H19 were entirely down-regulated in xuanwei lung cancer group and non-xuanwei lung cancer group(P<0.05).The expression level of FENDRR,H19 have no correlation with patients' gender,age,smoking history,TNM stage,histological type and tumor size(P>0.05).The expression level of H19 was correlated with lymph node metastasis in patients(P<0.05).The AUC value of NSE is 0.648,and the sensitivity and specificity were respectively 52.6%,78.9%,;CEA is 0.759,the sensitivity and specificity were 68.4%and 73.7%,When combined detection of NSE and CEA,the AUC value is 0.778.The AUC value of FENDRR is 0.812,the sensitivity and specificity were 90.7%,and 75%;H19 is 0.833,and the sensitivity and specificity were 74.4%and 85%;and the value of AUC is 0.894 when Joint detection FENDRR and H19.Conclusion:FENDRR,H19 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of xuanwei lung cancer,and can be used as a potential diagnostic markers of xuanwei lung cancer.And diagnostic value is superior to the traditional markers.
