Objective:Discussion clinical pathological significance of CYP1B1 and MGST1 about expression pattern of CYP1B1 and MGST1 in Xuanwei lung cancer and para-carcinoma tissue, as well as the amount of contact with Bituminous coal, provide experimental evidence for further study of Xuanwei lung cancer specific metabolic enzymes related targets.Methods:By immunochemical SP techenique, we detected the expression of metabolic enzyme gene MGST1, CYP1B1 in 101 cases of lung cancer pathological paraffin tissue. Among them, xuanwei is 38 cases of lung cancer, non xuanwei is 63 cases of lung cancer.Results:Result one:the expression and its clinical pathology significance of CYP1B1 in lung adenocarcinoma.· The expression and clinical pathological significance of CYP1B1 in adenocarcinoma tissues of the lung.CYP1B1 was mainly expressed in cytoplasm with higher expression in lung adenocarcinoma when compared with that in normal lung tissue paraneoplastic (72.28% vs.25.74%, p< 0.001), but there was no relevance of statistical significance with the clinical pathological parameters.· The expression and clinical pathological significance of CYP1B1 in Xuanwei lung adenocarcinomaIn Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma, the CYP1B1 expression level was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue paraneoplastic (68.42% vs.31.58%,p<0.001); in the non Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma, CYP1B1 expression level was significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal lung tissue as well(74.0% vs. 22.22%, p<0.001). However, there were no correlation of statistical significance with the clinical pathological parameters.· Correlation analysis between the expression of CYP1B1 in Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma and the coal exposure.The CYP1B1 in the lung cancer tissue of coal female adenocarcinoma in Xuanwei has the higher positive expression rate compared with the non Xuanwei non coal group, but there was no statistical difference.Result two:The expression of MGST1 in lung adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance· The expression of MGST1 in female lung adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues.The expression of MGST1 was mainly in cell membrane and cytoplasmic. And the expression in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues (80.2% vs. 26.73%, p<0.001). However, there were no correlation of statistical significance with the clinical pathological parameters.· The expression of MGST1 in lung adenocarcinoma from Xuanwei and non Xuanwei and the lung tissues of paraneoplasticMGST1 expression in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal lung tissue in Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma (81.58% vs. 42.11%,p<0.001),and consistent with this,there were the same situation in the non Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma tissue (79.37% vs. 17.46%,p<0.001). However, there were no correlation of statistical significance with the clinical pathological parameters (p> 0.05).· Analysis of the expression of IMGST1 in female lung adenocarcinoma from Xuanwei and non Xuanwei and the correlation with coal exposureThere was no difference in the expression of MGST1 in Xuanwei and non Xuanwei female lung adenocarcinoma,and no expression differences between the coal and non coal group (p>0.05).Result three:The correlation analysis of CYP1B1 and MGSTl in Xuan Wei lung cancerThe expression of CYP1B1 and MGST1 had a significant correlation in Xuan Wei lung cancer (r=0.407;p=0.011), but had no correlation in non-Xuan Wei lung cancer (r=0.203;p=0.111).Conclusions:The positive expression rates of CYP1B1 and MGST1 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues are significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues,and they may play a significant role together in tumorigenesis. But there is no regional differences on the expression of CYP1B1 and MGST1 between Xuan Wei and non-Xuan Wei. |
