The Learning Organization Theory,prosperous develops more than 20 years,has got most of the attention in front of many management theories.Nowadays,with the knowledge-based economy developing rapidly,enterprises from all walks of life are trying to construct their own Learning Organizations.However,Chinese hospital has made a rough progress in constructing Learning Hospital.Clinical departments,the foundation and core of hospital,were the most powerful grippers in building Learning Hospital.In the process of building a Learning Clinical Department,high maneuverability and proper theories were desperately needed by head of the clinical department.Therefore,it is attached great significance to explore a practical learning organization theory model for the construction of Learning Hospital through a series of studies.Firstly,for providing theoretical basis for the theory model construction,the classical theories of learning organization are unscrambled.Secondly,four indispensable elements are summed up through the interview and observation in the clinical departments.They are resources,institution,team and culture.Thirdly,Based on the related theories,a learning Clinical Department Theory Model is built after adding the element of knowledge management.Fourthly,enlightened by the findings and reflection,the mechanism of the section head's transformational leadership influences the individual learning capability of doctor is intensively studied via the questionnaire survey.The Result indicates that self efficacy and learning-oriented organization culture were the mediating variables of transformational leadership influencing individual learning capability respectively.This finding verified the theoretical model stated above partly,and enriched its connotation at the same time.At last,for providing helpful references for the section head or manager of hospital,Systematical countermeasures and the suggestions of building a Learning Clinical Department have been put forward according to the studies above.
