The Clinical Research Of TongFuJianZhong Decoction Intreatment The Senile Functional Constipation Of Spleen Deficiency Type

Objectives: Observe the clinical curative effect of TongFuJianZhong decoction in treatment the senile functional constipation of spleen deficiency type.From two aspects of theory and clinical research studies to discuss the curative effect of this mechanism,objectively evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria can be screened out into two groups of 60 cases of elderly patients with functional constipation.According to the sequential order of diagnosis,they were randomly divided into two groups-treatment group and control group.Treatment group of 30 cases were treated with TongFuJianZhong Decoction?Control group of 30 cases were treated with cannabis pills?Both of the two groups were treated for four weeks.And the main symptoms after treatment,single symptom curative effect,TCM syndrome integral,comprehensive curative effect were analyzed and compared.Results: Clinical study showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in single symptom curative effect,TCM syndrome integraland comprehensive curative effect.Total effective rate of TongFuJianZhong decoction in treating senile functional constipation was 86.67%,which was only 73.33% in the control group.Total effective rate of after three months was 76.67% in treatment group while 60.00% in control group.Curative effect was improved obviously in treatment group than in control group? In the process clinical trials have no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions : TongFuJianZhong decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of spleen-deficiency type senile functional constipation,and can effectively reduce the recurrence.It is worth to be applied in clinic with the curative effect and good safety.
