The Clinical Research Of Urine Microalbumin Of Early Eiabetic Nephropathy Treated With Reinforcing Deficiency And Dredging Collaterals

Objective: To observe the urine microalbumin variety of early diabetic nephropathy(DN)treated with reinforcing deficiency and dredging collaterals,and explore its functional mechanism.Methods: This study included 60 patients come from clinic or the ward with early diabetic nephropathy,diagnosed of Qi and Yin deficiency concurrently kidney deficiency and blood stasis.They were further divided into two subgroups randomly,the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases,and both given the basic treatment.Give the control group Valsartan Capsule,80 mg a day;meanwhile,give the treatment group Shengmaisan and Liuweidihuang decoction,one dose a day.After eight weeks’ treatment,observe the urine microalbumin variety or other laboratory indexes of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results: There was a obvious difference between the two groups on the total effective rate of the clinical symptoms improvement(P<0.05);Both the two groups had good curative effects on UAER、24hU-TP、β2-MG and the blood fat improvement after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group is obviously better than the control group(P<0.05);Both them had obvious effects on FPG、2hPG、HbAlc after treatment(P<0.05),but similar between themselves(P>0.05).Conclusions: The treatment of early DN by reinforcing deficiency and dredging collaterals can significantly reduce UAER、24hU-TP、β2-MG,prevent the occurrence of a large amount of proteinuria,delay even reverse disease progression;At the same time,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve blood lipid metabolism disorders.All of these affirm its clinical effect,and lay the foundation for further study.
