| Objective:Diabetic kidney disease is one of the chronic and serious complications of diabetes.If it is not promptly prevented and controlled,it can rapidly develop to the end stage renal disease.Long-term dialysis or renal replacement treatment is needed,which not only increases patients,suffering but also reduces the quality of life of the patients,while increasing the burdens on the families and society.At the early stages of diabetic kidney disease,if you can actively intervene in a timely manner,you can delay the progress of the disease and even reverse the condition.Nowaday,the Western medicine interventions are mianly for the comprehensive treatment of the disease,such as lowering sugar,reducing blood pressure,lowering fat etc,but the effect is not accurate.Our country is a great country of traditional Chinese medicine,and has a lot of research on the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine.TCM treatment can achieve the purpose of increasing efficacy and decreasing side effect.The study is based on this,when we treated the patients in the early diabetic kidney disease with Si Jun Zi and Liu Wei Di Huang decoction on the basis of traditional Western medicine,we can observe the 24 h Urinary protein quantification,urine microalbumin,blood sugar,blood fat variety and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment of the two groups of patients.Then to explore the efficacy and safety of Si Jun Zi and Liu Wei Di Huang decoction in the treatment of early diabetic kidney disease,so as to provide more ideas for treating the disease and guide and service the clinical diseases.Methods:With reference to the standard of this clinical observation,60 patients with early diabetic kidney disease who met the conditions of admission from clinic or the ward were randomly divided into two groups according to the randomized control priciple,namely,the test group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine such as controlling blood sugar and blood pressure,regulating blood lipids;meanwhile,the test group was treated on the basis of control group with Si Jun Zi and Liu Wei Di Huang decoction,a pill every day.After two months of treatment,observe the changes of 24 h Urinary protein quantification,urine microalbumin,blood sugar,blood lipids,liver and kidney function and clinical symptoms.Results:1.The differences between the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically significant(p>0.05)compared to sex,age,course,24 h Urinary protein quantification,urine microalbumin,bloodsugar,blood lipid,liver and kidney function,and were comparable.2.There was no statistical difference between the symptoms scores and every symptom of Chinese medicine in the two groups of patients before treatment(p>0.05)and it was comparable.3.The clinical symptoms of TCM in the two groups improved after treatment,the score of Chinese medicine symptoms decreased and the symptoms and signs of each individual group improved from the previous stages.The total effective rate was 86.67% in the test group and 60.00% in the control group.The test group was significantly better than the control group and had statistical significance(p<0.05).4.After the treatment,both the two groups had good curative effects in reducing 24 h Urinary protein quantification,urinary microalbumin,blood sugar and blood fat,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The test group is obviously better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).6.After the treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved compared with the previous ones.The total clinical effect of the test group was 76.67%,and the control group was 56.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).7.During the test,no adverse drug reaction or side effects were found,and the safety was good.Conclusions: The treatment of early diabetic kidney disease by Si Jun Zi and Liu Wei Di Huang decoction can improve the symptoms and signs,relieve the patients,pain,improve the quality of life and reduce the family burden.The Si Jun Zi and Liu Wei Di Huang decoction significantly reduce 24 h Urinary protein quantification,urine microalbumin to reduce the leakage of proteinuria,delay the progression of the disease to a large number of proteinuria and even the end stage renal disease.At the same time,it can reduce blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin levels,and regulate the body,s sugar metabolism disorders.It can improve the blood fat condition and regulate the lipid metabolism.All of these affirm its clinical effect and safety. |
