Research Characteristics And Regularity Of TCM Research In Chronic Relapsing Forms Of Active Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To investigate the relationship TCM constitution of Chronic relapsing forms of active ulcerative colitis provide advices for treating ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.By exploring different body constitution types in TCM,predict the prognosis and outcome of diseases.Improve treatment and even achieve "cure disease",through the Constitution of the patient intervention.Methods: General Hospital of Jinan to meet chronic recurrent active Ulcerative colitis diagnosis of 74 patients,and root-knot of TCM Constitution classification and judging standard of Chinese medicine health questionnaire.SPSS17 for data processing,access and ulcerative colitis diet,gender,history of tobacco and alcohol,the relationship between TCM Constitution classification and age,duration,location,severity of disease,dietary preference,factors such as the relationship between the history of tobacco and alcohol.Results: 1.Chronic recurrence of ulcerative colitis in active stage are with more men than women(P=0.02).2.In 74 patients included in the study,ages between 15~73,sorted by how smooth the number in each age group is: ages between30~49(37.8%),ages between 50~69(33.8%),ages between 10~29(24.3%),over 70 years old(4.1%),and there was significant difference statistically significant(P=0.000).3.74 cases patients with only 2 months minimum,most elderly people up to 40 years,which course 1-5 of patients for more than 30 years,and total number of 40.5% and disease course in patients with more than 20 years at least,only 1 person.Patient number order: 1-5(40.5%),6-10(28.4%),less than 1 year(13.5%),11-15(9.5%),16-20(6.8%),for more than 20 years(1.3%),and there is a statistically significant difference(P=0.000).4.The disease most cumulative total colectomy,total number of 56.8%,and the sickest.5.Patients with milder disease is mainly concentrated in the 1-5 years,patients with more severe disease course between 16-20 is the most common,moderate course between 11-15 and the largest proportion of patients with.6.Damp-heat Constitution sees more than most,patients with no intrinsic physical,physical fitness and sexs,ages,duration,and no significant difference between factors such as smoking,drinking.7.Quality of gentleness,Yang,yin the quality,duration of wet-heat type with 1-5 years more;Qi quality between 11-15;phlegm-dampness and blood stasis and quality,gas-stasis disease is concentrated in the 6-10 years.And a significant difference between the different types of Constitution in the course of(P=0.012).8.The food is delicate,with deficiency of mass was seen on body constitution types;Those who eat the fat thick maximum proportion are more likely wet-heat type.diet preference differencees have an important impact on the constitution(P=0.000).Conclusion: Among patients with chronic recurrent ulcerative colitis in active stage males are more than women.In this test,we find that the largest proportion erisare the people whose ages between 30~49 or disease between 1-5 years.The longer the disease course,the illnese will be more severe.Patients ' severity of illness is related to the scope,and cumulative total colonic illness often most critically ill.There are no relations between TCM Constitution and gender,age,smoking,alcohol but regardless of the duration of illness and different in diet-related.
