| Objective:To observe the Clinical Application of Synchronic Treating Phlegm and Blood Stasis in the treatment of Chronic Secretory Otitis Media,hope that through the mutual verification of theory and practice,we can explore the clinical curative effect in order to better applied to clinical.Methods:60 cases of phlegm and blood stasis type of chronic secretory otitis media patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was received Eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsulestreantment,the other received Huatanzhuyu decoction.Both groups with the use of Fluticasone propionate nasal spay and the method of pharyngotympanic tube catheterization.Thetreatment cycle was 3weeks.Two groups were observed before and after treatmentof Ear Fullness,deafness,earache,tinnitus,the Examination of Tympanic Membrane,the examination of pure tone audiogram and accousticimpedence.All data were analyzed with SPSS 22 softwareto draw the related conclusion.Results:1.The two groups after treatment of patients with chronic secretory otitis media grading scores were lower than before treatment,after statistics analysis distribution of two groups of clinical curative effect and no difference.Observation group cure rate37.5%,control group cure rate19.5%;Observation group efficiency 92.5%,control group efficiency 78%,observation group cure rate and the efficiency is higher than the control group.2.The control way ear plug stuffy feeling curative effect is superior to the observation way;Observation group of deafness,pure tone audiometry single curative effect is better than the control group.3.The observation group of age long duration long,curative effect is poorer.Conclusion: phlegm and blood stasis methodcan significantly improve the clinical manifestations of patients with chronic secretory otitis media of the type of tanningyuzu.The curative effect is superior to western medicine treatment,and without any obvious side-effect. |
