Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Chronic Secretory Otitis Media Due To Phlegm-dampness Caused By Spleen Deficiency With Invigorate Spleen To Resolve Phlegm Decoction

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of invigorate spleen to resolve phlegm decoction that treat chronic secretory otitis media which caused by spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness.To explore the feasibility and advantages of the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media with traditional Chinese medical treatment,providing the theory basis for the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media in Chinese medicine decoction.Method:60 patients with chronic secretory otitis media were collected in Jiangsu province hospital of TCM from February 2017 to February 2018,which were divided into two groups according to random principle.30 cases(41 ears)in treatment group was treated with invigorate spleen to resolve phlegm decoction,when 30 cases(42 ears)in the control group was treated with eucalyptol-limonene-pinene enteric soft capsule and mometasone furoate nasal spray.A total of course of treatment is 14 days each.The treatment is observed and analyzed by 7 days.In order to evaluate the efficacy,clinical symptoms and signs are observed and recorded comprehensively,and the form of symptoms and signs will be filled in and the efficacy will be evaluated.Results:1.After 14 days treatment,the treatment group including 30 cases(41 ears),6 ears were cured,9 ears were markedly improved,19 ears were effective,7 ears were ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.92%;the control group including 30 cases(42 ears),5 ears were cured,7 ears were markedly improved,22 ears were effective,8 ears were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.95%.The result shows both two groups had curative effect on chronic secretory otitis media and there is no difference between the effects.2.The treatment group is superior to the control group in curing inner ear obstruction and the feeling of distension.Conclusion:The way that invigorate spleen to resolve phlegm decoction that treat chronic secretory otitis media which caused by spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness is efficient,it also can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms and signs,and deserve further study and clinical popularization.
