The Clinical Study Of Wenfei Huatan Paste External Treatment To Treat The Pediatric Pneumonia(Phlegm-dampness In The Lung)

Objective:This topic from the theoretical and clinical aspects of Wenfei Huatan Paste in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia(phlegm-dampness in the lung type)clinical efficacy of systematic study,to explore the mechanism of action.Methods:Collection of the 60 patients with pediatric and according to phlegm-dampness in the lung type were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases in the control group: two groups of children were given in addition to basic cause and symptomatic treatment.Treatment group children given the basis of the treatment,with the use of Wenfei Huatan Paste on Lung acupoint and living acupoint(Drug composition: semen brassicae,corydalis tuber,cinnamomum cassia),the control group using only basic and symptomatic treatment.7 days for a treatment period.The changes of symptoms and signs were recorded before and after treatment.Results:The control group and the treatment group were effective in treatment of children with pneumonia cough(comparison group,P < 0.05),but the treatment group is more conducive to improving the comprehensive curative effect(comparison group,P < 0.05),especially in improving the main symptoms,signs and the total score is more obvious advantages(between groups,P < 0.05).Conclusion : Wenfei Huatan Paste in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia(phlegm-dampness in the lung type)has a more ideal curative effect,which has important value in clinical application.
