| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the in-hospital preparation "Xuanfei Huatan Syrup" in Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital combined with traditional based treatment of community-acquired pneumonia caused by phlegm-heat and lungs,aiming to expand the clinical treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm-heat and lung syndrome)Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment plan.MethodsThis study selected 60 patients in the respiratory medicine ward of Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020,and they met the Western medical diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia and the TCM diagnostic criteria for the syndrome of phlegm-heat stagnant lung syndrome.According to the randomized control grouping method,it was divided into a control group and a treatment group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Xuanfei Huatan syrup combined with comprehensive Western medicine treatment,while the basic group was treated with pure integrated Western medicine.The course of treatment for both groups was 7 days.Observe and compare the TCM syndrome scores,clinical signs scores of patients before treatment and on the 4th and 7th day after treatment,and the changes of WBC,hs-CRP,PCT,and lung CT before and after treatment.SPSS21.0was used to deal with the needs of this study.Data,calculated using different statistical methods,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Xuanfei Huatan syrup in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Result1.Observation before treatment: Before treatment,the two groups of patients were compared between the general data and the research indicators.According to the different data,the corresponding statistical methods were selected.The results showed that the differences in the data of each group were not visibly meaningful(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.TCM syndromes and clinical signs: The scores of TCM syndromes and clinical signs of the two groups of patients on the 4th day after treatment and the 7th day after treatment were visibly lower than before treatment,and the difference was visibly meaningful(P<0.01).The improvement of TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group on the 4th and 7th day after treatment was better than that of the basic group,and the differences were visibly meaningful(P<0.05).There was no visibly meaningful difference in the scores of clinical signs between the two groups on the 4th day after treatment(P>0.05).On the 7th day after treatment,the improvement of clinical signs scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was visibly meaningful(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy: After the course of treatment,the differences in the efficacy and clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups of patients were visibly meaningful(P<0.01).4.Infection indicators: The inflammatory indicators(WBC,hs-CRP,PCT)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were better than before,and the differences were visibly meaningful(P<0.01).There was no difference in the improvement of PCT between the two groups of patients after treatment,and there was no visibly meaningful(P>0.05).The improvement of WBC and hs-CRP in the treatment group was better after treatment,and the difference was visibly meaningful(P<0.05).5.Iconography:Comparison of the absorption status of lung CT inflammation exudates before and after treatment between the two groups of patients.After statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Xuanfei Huatan syrup combined with traditional based treatment of CAP(phlegm-heat obstructing lung type)can significantly reduce the patient’s TCM syndrome score.2.Xuanfei Huatan syrup combined with traditional based treatment of CAP(phlegm-heat-retained lung type)can significantly improve the clinical signs of patients.3.Xuanfei Huatan syrup combined with traditional based treatment of CAP(phlegm-heat-retaining lung type)can significantly reduce the inflammation indicators(WBC,hs-CRP)of patients and improve clinical efficacy.4.Xuanfei Huatan syrup combined with traditional based treatment of CAP(phlegm-heat obstructed lung type)failed to promote the absorption of lung CT inflammation.5.Xuanfei Huatan syrup had no obvious adverse reactions during the study period,no abnormal safety indicators,high safety,and worthy of promotion. |
