Clinical Research Of Kneading Lightly KeXue In Treating Convalescent Stage Of Pediatric Pneumonia Cough With Phlegm Dampness And Accumulation Of Lung

ObjectiveIn order to optimize the operation method of "KeXue" in the conventional massage group,replacing picking "KeXue" with kneading lightly "KeXue",and compared with the clinical curative effect of the conventional massage group.Then,objectively evaluate the clinical effect of the "Ku point" group prescription on the treatment of phlegm-dampness lung syndrome in children with pneumonia during the recovery period.In order to provide a more secure,effective and easily accepted method for the treatment of convalescent stage of pediatric pneumonia cough with phlegm dampness and accumulation of lung.MethodsThis clinical subject adopts the research method which is a randomized controlled clinical trial,collecting children who were visited at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Dongyuan Tang traditional Chinese medical center from December 2018 to December 2019.66 cases of convalescent stage of pediatric pneumonia cough with phlegm dampness and accumulation of lung children who meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were involved in the research.They were divided into the kneading lightly "KeXue" group and the conventional massage group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group,the treatment is a course of 5 days.During the study,record the genders,ages course of disease and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment for the two groups.SPSS 25.0 software package was used to evaluate and compare the syndrome scores of the two groups with the overall efficacy.Results(1)Among 66 cases in the study,3 were lost,results in 63 cases completing the test in total,31 cases in the kneading lightly "KeXue"group and 32cases in the conventional massage group,.(2)The baselines of the general data were no different between the 2 groups(genders,ages,Course of disease and pre-treatment condition are comparable,P＞0.05).(3)Comparison in symptom grade:For TCM total symptom grade in two groups before and after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Compare total grade,major symptom grade or minor grade between two groups,there was no statistical difference(P＞0.05);(4)Comparison in therapeutic effect:total effective rate in the research group is 90.32%,and 78.3%in control group,no statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion(1)The kneading lightly "KeXue" group has curative effects in improving cough,expectoration and rales in lungs.(2)The kneading lightly "KeXue" group curative has effects on the convalescent stage of pediatric pneumonia with phlegm dampness and accumulation of lung.
